Like you, we are aware of the shipping delays across the country. And believe me: we hate it just as much as y'all do! I'm waiting 2+ weeks on shipments that used to take 2 days. I talked with my FedEx guy today. In the Nashville area alone, they are 100k packages behind schedule! Crazy! All carriers, especially the USPS, are experiencing abnormal delays.
Please know that we've done and are doing everything possible to ship on time. In fact, Jake trudged to the store each day during this last storm with 12"+ snow and made sure all orders were shipped like we normally do (because we love you). Our fulfillment is not the issue. Rather, once it leaves our shop you and me both are at the mercy of USPS and other carriers.
Please know that we are happy to answer questions you might have, and please do contact us if you feel the package is lost. But unfortunately there's not much we can do to counter the delays we're seeing across the country. One thing is for sure: we appreciate your patience and ongoing support of the General Store! I'm thankful you trust me with your business, and the team and I are doing everything possible to continue to earn your business and loyalty.
