Banjo Ben's Cabin Camp - Bigfork, MT! July 27-29, 2023!

DATE:July 27-29, 2023

Camp begins at 2PM Thursday, July 27 and will last until 9PM. We will have a full 9AM-9PM day on Friday, then a half day on Saturday from 9AM-2PM.

MEALS PROVIDED:Supper on Thursday, Lunch & Supper Friday, and Lunch on Saturday. Guest passes available for purchase for Thurs/Fri suppers and Sat lunch. 

LOCATION: Beautiful private residence in Bigfork, MT! Just minutes from Glacier National Forest!

PRICE:$899 each, with guest meal passes available for purchase!

Skill Level: Beginner to upper intermediate. Must be able to play basic rhythm chords along with slow songs and have a desire to begin soloing/improvising. If you often jam proficiently with pros, this camp may be too basic for you. If you cannot play simple chords with slow songs, this camp is too advanced for you.

Atmosphere: This camp is an intimidation-free zone! No one will be put on the spot or made to feel dumb! Mess ups are encouraged, because that means you're trying. Believe me, I mess up all the time. 

Preparation: I will help you prepare! I'll send you some tunes we'll be working on, as well as other tips to get you ready. 

I keep it small. I want to get to know you and join you on your pickin' journey. I'll have some of the BEST instructors in the biz!

The price is $899, which includes:

• Small group sessions and personal attention!
• 4 meals (two lunches & two suppers)!
• Over $100 in gear & accessories!

Price does not include:

• Lodging, which is amply available at nearby hotels. 
• Travel to/from Bigfork, MT

Cancellation policy:All cancellations will incur a 3.5% processing fee. After April 27th, there will be a $250 cancellation fee; no refunds after May 27th. If for some reason the event is not able to be held, refunds will be given to all registrants.

FAQs: 

1. Can I bring my family or friends? You may purchase guest passes for the final meal for each of the 3 days. The guests will be welcome to join us for supper around 6PM and after-supper activities, then lunch on Saturday and farewell jam. They will not be able to attend the camp during the day. 
2. What happens if it rains? The facilities will accommodate ;) 
3. What will the weather be like?  The weather in Montana will be perfect in July - warm and sunny! 
4. Can I bring more than one instrument? You can, but you'll need to commit to one instrument for the learning portion of the camp. When it comes to jamming, you can play whatever you want!
5. What is there to do in the Bigfork, MT area?  Gawk at the amazing views ;) You'll want to check out Glacier National Park and Flathead Lake for sure!
