Those Mr. Clean pads work great for me. Been using them on my head for years.

Hi Jake,

You guy’s still have Alax and Vim in the States I haven’t seen those products in years my mum used these products all through the 1950s. I don’t like the idea of a powdery residue on the head. I use a pencil lead eraser to clean off the dirt. Works great. Maybe @BanjoBen might care to keep a supply in the General Store. Be mighty useful to all beginner banjo students as they can easily rub out all their mistooks.

I just use a damp rag and maybe a little dish washing detergent, then wipe clean with a fresh damp rag. Done.

I use a product called mr. Clean magic pad on my banjo head and it works pretty good.
