Shipping & Returns

If you’re not happy with you purchase for whatever reason, don’t rush down to the pawn shop just yet. It may be returned for an exchange or a refund (see details below). Please contact us and let us know if your intention to return within 72 hours of receiving your order.


  • Notify us of your intention to return within 72 hours to receive your RMA number.
  • New products and/or instruments returned must be in unused condition. We cannot issue credit/refund for items or instruments with use or playing wear, or damaged packaging, etc.
  • All product manuals, documentation, warranty cards, etc. must be returned with the product and must be in same condition as received.
  • When shipping items back to us, make sure they are packed the same as it was received, using our original packing, and also fully insured. We cannot issue credit/refund for returned items that have been damaged during the return due to poor packaging by the customer.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and await our instruction. Do not return a damaged item without contacting us first so we can go through the proper channels.

Unless the product you ordered was defective or the incorrect product was shipped to you, any shipping and handling or insurance charges will be withheld from your refund amount. If your purchase included free shipping, those same costs listed above will be deducted from your refund. A 3% restocking fee may also be deducted from your refund, but in instances of exchange this restocking fee can be waived due to not having to process the refund through our payment services.


The following products are not returnable unless defective:

  • Custom orders or special orders.
  • Opened (no longer originally sealed) products with damaged factory packaging.

Some slight irregularities in products such as wood grain patterns in instruments can vary in appearance and do not qualify as a defect.

We reserve the right to have the final word in settling any difference of opinion between us and the customer over issues of defects and/or wear or damage which may have occurred during the customer’s possession of the product.
