Cockrum Studios 5-String Banjo Bridge With Bridge Changing Tool

These are some of the nicest bridges we’ve tried!  Each one is beautifully crafted from the finest materials, and has a very attractive scalloped saddle cap to reduce weight and help in energy transfer from the string through the bridge into the banjo.  In testing these really add depth and crispness to the tone with incredible note seperation. Each one includes a bridge lifter and comes in a nice wooden case.  

The Cockrum Studios bridge is CNC routed to exact dimensions and then hand finished and slotted. The scalloped top design offers better transfer of energy to the head and better note separation by allowing more material in the “feet” and less between the strings.  Cockrum Studios bridges are made in the USA from hand-selected, quarter-sawn woods and have an exceptionally tight glue joint using hot hide glue for maximum energy transfer.  The 3rd (G) string is compensated to ensure better intonation.  Each bridge includes a string-lifter to facilitate easy bridge changes.

Available in 5/8” height with Standard (1.6875”) or Crowe (1.75”) spacing.  Each one has an Ebony saddle cap, but…  Choose roasted maple base (feet) or old bog oak base (feet) from the drop-down box.
