Easily bend your fingerpicks to achieve the best fit without damaging or marring your pick. This thing works great, and allows you to get good leverage on the pick while it closely matches up with the natural contours common to
In addition to making it easy to curve the radius of the blade from tip to base, you can also hold the part of the pick which contacts the pad of your finger in a pair of pliers (maybe wrapped in tape to not scratch the metal fingerpick) and use it to twist the blade to accommodate unique angles in your picking approach and let the pick hit square on the string instead of on one edge.
Beautifully made of quality hardwood (see options from drop down box).
