These are being discontinued to make room in the RK line for newer models, hence the price break.  But they play and sound really good and have a traditional look that we traditionalists are really fond of.  The Solid Spruce top and mahogany back and sides are trimmed out nicely with tortoise binding and pick guard, and the tone and resonance that these boxes are capable of is impressive at any price.  Balanced warm tone and articulate projection, plays and sounds fantastic!
