This was a surprisingly difficult item to purchase. I recently bought an open-back Deering Sierra which came, unfortunately, without a nut-wrench. Previously when I bought a Vega it came with a nut wrench as standard required equipment. When I special-ordered a wrench from Deering, they only sent 1/4 inch wrenches, even with letters of explanation that I supplied with the returned 1/4 inch wrenches. I was not asking for "missing equipment" to be replaced free. I was paying for the wrong size wrenches that they were sending me. After two tries with Deering, I called Ben's Store. No surprise then, Adam Ash himself answered the phone. After explaining the confusion about the two wrench sizes, he explained that the Sierra's with a resonator use 1/4 inch nuts while the open backs use 9/32 inch nuts. Apparently the open-backs are rare birds. He checked and he was out of the larger size wrench. No worries. He called his supplier, and I had two 9/32 inch wrenches in my hand in less than a week. THAT IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE. A generous "thank you to Adam". Bill Welch MD
