The presto style is the most widely used tailpiece on professional quality banjos.  This offering from Recording King comes complete with coverplate, attachment bolt and nut, and angle adjustment screw.  Attaches to L bracket on your banjo (which isn’t included.) 

*Note: These come from the factory in a disassembled form, and sometimes the cover plates need to be pinched onto the tailpiece using a vice.
