Pre-Owned 1924 Gibson Lloyd Loar Mandolin With Case

It is my distinct pleasure to introduce to market #75846, born March 31 of 1924 with label signed by famed Gibson acoustic engineer Lloyd Loar. Please reference final photo on this listing for the colorful description of this mandolin written in 2004 by Stan Jay, when it was last sold. Since then, the current owner has had this mandolin in the Gibson shop twice to replace tuners, nut, and frets by Danny Roberts. All original parts are included in the sale.

Preparing to list this mandolin, I reached out to a well-known Loar mandolin expert who confirmed that #75846 was a rare beast that should command a price at the top of the market. His reasoning for its rarity is as follows:

1) condition/originality

2) all hardware, appointments and case extant
