Quick on, quick off!  Very comparable to the popular Kyser style capo, but this one is designed in a way where it’s a little easier to squeeze and operate.   Fits most acoustic guitars, including  most 12-strings.  

Constant Spring pressure design, durable rubber string contact strip, good back of the neck contact and centering, and can be easily stored on the headstock when not in use.
