Eastman MD304 A-Style Mandolin With Case

This is the oval hole version of one of our best sellers!  The oval hole lends to a more open and airy tone, with more bass response.  Neck is also shorter by two frets, which also adds to the sweetness of the tone by making the bridge sit in a little different position.  Great for classical and Celtic styles!

It displays all the quality and craftsmanship that Eastman is known for, but at an entry level price.  Some of the things you're giving up when compared to the higher end models is that the tuners are a little lesser quality (still functional, but not quite as nice as the higher end models) and the finish is satin (which some folks prefer because of the warmer tone it produces.)  But at it's core, it's still an Eastman!
