Northfield Big Mon “Limited” Series Sunburst F-Style Mandolin With Case

The Northfield Big Mon Limited exhibits many of their nicest features all rolled in to one instrument!  The limited series has a high grade Englemann spruce top with a very nicely flamed one piece back, and 1 1/8” standard nut width!  Gorgeous custom headstock inlay and a vintage style finish adds incredible contrast to the appearance, making the wood grain really pop.  Has a much more warm and subtle look in person!

 The Northfield “Big Mon” mandolin is at first glance just a gorgeous example of a traditional F-Style mandolin.  But a closer look uncovers extra refinement and quality, and a tape measure will even reveal that this mandolin has a slightly larger body which results in volume, tone, and richness galore!  It rattles your skull when you play it!

All materials are from North America, seasoned and matched in Northfield’s Marshall, MI. Assembled and varnished in the Qingdao shop, then set up and final inspection in Marshall, MI.
