The Huber Workhorse is still a professional grade banjo at it’s core.  After all, it is a Huber.  But as the name “Workhorse” implies it is designed to be more affordable and accessible.  

The Workhorse Series banjos are professional grade banjos dressed in work clothes so to speak.  They feature a satin finish, ebony board, Huber 844 tone ring, Huber 3-ply maple rim, and all the other nuts and bolts a professional grade Mastertone should have. The Workhorse banjo is manufactured at the Huber shop in Hendersonville, TN USA!

This one is a 2016/2017 model.  Slightly used curly maple model but overall in really good shape.  There is just some slight cloudiness on the armrest and a few marks on the headstock where a tuner was stored.  List price new is $3395.  This one is priced to sell!  Includes pro setup, fifth string spike installation, free shipping, and Hardshell Case!
