A good way to get into a player grade pro banjo here! Overall solid condition, normal play wear, some grime on the metal, a little fret wear in the first position. About an hour worth of polishing and a new head would make a big improvement in appearance on this one. But some folks like myself like the look of a well played banjo! Serial number H313
The Golden Wreath is a traditional design of the classic Gibson banjos made in the 1930’s. A prewar style bluegrass banjo with that J.D. Crowe “mahogany” tone, this series is made of higher quality materials and workmanship than Deerings Sierra line.
