Good strings

Good strings for a little mellower tone. Might go dead a little sooner than pb strings. Great place to do bussiness

LS250 Silk and Steel Mandolin Strings

Love these strings for the "woody" tone they give. They really calm down a "tinny" sounding mandolin, like my Loar 520. . On my older custom built mando, which sounds good with any strings, it sounds much better than any of the other stings. The only downside I have found is they don't last quite as long as some other strings like J-74's but sound is worth the extra time changing.
